Business Development Executive

Job Description:
● Connecting with parents over phone calls, scheduling the demo’s for coding course and intensely
following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales Cycle.
● Making 80-100 outbound calls on a daily basis while maintaining an daily average call time of at
least 180 minutes.
● Generating High Quality leads through networking, existing customers, referrals, and other
sources.
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections while building strong relationships
with customers.
● Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standard.
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Skills Required
● Strong in verbal and written communication.
● Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm.
● Good organizational and time management skills.
● Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth
environment.
● Target oriented and ready to commit and grow in a start-up culture.
● Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully.

Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during the week. Saturday and
Sunday working.
● Mandatory Language Fluency: English and Hindi
